Maldives is the largest and fastest growing economy in south east Asia. Maldives has the very few resources. But still Maldive's can utilize their limited resources and can be a number one country in this region. thus need to beat the growing market has to understand or find the grievance of the others to whom has to beat. though has to understand that the Maldive's currently running under the local political war. we, the Maldives Community need to submit this truth. now this political game became kind of revenge.
on the other side, Maldive's Current government is there for around 30 years. this period they have very less and slow moving progress, this is kind of an assumption which we could do by looking for the resources that we have and the revenue we could earn and the changes we could be possibly made, But has not being taken any action. due to this reason the current government facing the the public anger.
All would agree that the changes and development could be brought only if there are enough number of people. In fact this truth every one can see now in Maldive's. why the government couldn't change things and resources according to the time. this was true that previous government was not bother about any of these. now I believe changes has started to come. still I am wondering why the government would not consider that the total population has been distributed to the whole country from the beginning. the government has now started talking moving the population from the small number of living area to those Island has the land area and other resources. this is also seems couldn't work effectively. Instead of doing this I believe they could have point out some areas where there is land and in future it can be enlarged. this area's if they could have started to develop now the population itself would start to move. on the other hand this would be very cost effective. because rapid changes and the future prospects of the Maldive's cannot be manage in the current issues of the distributed population all over the country. the naturally the formation of the country land is look like there's is big bang.
UNDER NEW PROPOSAL ( they could have done this)
First of all I would like to highlight the land area where we could have started to settled down and build the area's under stage by stage. For example, Addu Atoll, Fuah Mulah, Huvadhu Atoll, Laamu Atoll Etc...I am not very much aware about the geographical nature of the Maldive's. but these highlighted area's are mainly naturally huge and can be expand in future. Here I meant those areas where there is more than one island in the same barrier reef and same lagoon. In huvadhu atoll from G.DH. Hondehdhoo to to GDh. fiyovery Island there's approximately 40
Km's. And laamu atoll its like similar. may be if the government could have done the research, they should know in much details about those area's. why people have started to migrate to male from atolls. same issues can be applied the above area's. Even now they could have changed capital city too. some people may have different minded for different issues. if it has done in the Maldive can be first country in this region who changed the capital city . and also there are lot of benefits by doing that. one main reason is to re structured capital city can be started to develop and the old one would also be in average.
Now also there are I think 5 air ports, with in the next few years another private air port is going to come to the existence. Instead of putting that money, Burma could have started to develop an urban area as where people can live. If they would have developed the country like above do not require a so many air ports. and now also total population is 300 thousand. out of that 70-85 thousand are living in capital city of the Maldives.why can't we put the remaining in the area like 40 km in size.
Overall my Idea is to bring the population together. but if they could have done that their are hidden so many benefits. now I also can not highlight every thing in here. one main thing is that the remaining part of the country the government can used for other revenue utilization.
