Professionals in the maldives

The main ideal theme behind of this is the country like Maldives entail those people who have the professional and personal knowledge to improve the higher educational sector. In contrast believing that the professional community of the Maldives has to change the sharing knowledge is for the gift they can give to any one with no occurrence and no value in return. I need the user’s knowledge based comments and their view and how we can change this in the future.
As Chinese says “good thing no cheap and cheap things no good” that’s what currently the Maldives community facing in the education. Although none of us disagree with the above statement, but when I look for those countries back ground why they are more effective than us, the simple logic behind is that they teach what they have learnt to others not for money.
I had a personal Interview with some of them, they state that they are lecturing not for money but they are lecturing for sometimes a name and most of those said that they love to share their knowledge.
There are many advantages of being practiced in the manner that they are following. It really keeps them up to date. Meaning to say they are very well known for the current issues which they are qualified.
